Brian & Emily // Vue Corvallis Wedding

I distinctly remember when I first met Brian + Emily…because they showed up to their own engagement session with a card and a big ole bouquet of flowers for *ME*. If I would’ve known them better then, I probably wouldn’t have been quite so surprised though, because kindness is just a part of who they are. And meeting their parents and siblings on the wedding day, it was obvious that kindness runs in the family!

This was the first wedding I shot after my own wedding (I actually shot it the day after we got back from our honeymoon, so I was basically just running on coffee and zero sleep) so I was feeling allll the feels as I watched Emily’s Mama help her into her gorgeous dress, as Brian’s face lit up when he saw Emily for the first time, as we took portraits with Brian’s dad’s old car, and as the people they loved most gathered around them and celebrated with them. It was truly a beautiful and unique and perfectly “them” kind of day, and I’m so thankful I got to be a part of it!

Brian + Emily, I wish you guys so much happiness in this new chapter. Marriage is freaking awesome, and I’m so glad we’re both finally experiencing it! Hugs!
