Jake & Crystal // Cape Kiwanda Engagement Session
These two are the definition of troopers.
We started their engagement session off by huddling in our respective cars, talking on the phone, looking at weather apps, and hoping the pouring (and I mean pouring) rain would ease up.
When we finally got a little break, we made a mad dash out onto the beach, took some of the cutest pictures ever, then raced back to the cars for a quick outfit change before climbing the back side of the dune to wrap up the session with a few more (super cute) pictures.
But by the time we had started walking back down to the beach, it had started sprinkling again, and by the time we had gotten around to the back of the dune and taken a few pictures, we were starting to hear thunder…which then turned into another downpour as we raced back to the cars!
Amazingly, we still got some awesome photos, and nobody caught pneumonia or anything.
Jake + Crystal, I am so thankful for you two, and your sweet + gracious hearts. Cannot wait for your June wedding! (When we *hopefully* won’t have to deal with any downpours.)
