Brent & Courtney // Engagement Session in Oregon

engagement session in Oregon

Brent & Courtney’s engagement session in the Oregon wilderness last week was absolutely beautiful! Brent had just flown in from his home state of Missouri that afternoon, and so these two came straight from the airport for their engagement session. They couldn’t have looked more perfect though! Courtney’s dress perfectly complimented the rugged terrain and the glowy sunset, and moved sooo beautifully! I definitely could’ve photographed these two for much longer than the hour or so that we had together.

Brent & Courtney technically met back in August of 2017, when they were both in the wedding of some mutual friends. But they didn’t actually talk to each other at all, so their official meeting was in April of 2019. Rollercoasters were involved, and as Courtney said, “so the story starts…”

They’d known each other for about 10 months before they started dating, but knew within that first 6 months together that this was “it”. They’ve been long distance their entire relationship, so naturally, that’s the number one thing they’re looking forward to once they’re married. In Courtney’s words, “no more long distance!!!!!” I’m so excited for them as they approach their August wedding. They obviously adore each other (I mean come on, the way Brent looks at Courtney?? SO adorable!) and I know their marriage will be one that glorifies God.

Brent & Courtney, thank you again for choosing me to be your photographer! You’re both so amazing, and I cannot wait to watch you get married!
