Mr & Mrs Chugg // A Wedding Full of Wildflowers
This wildflower wedding was heaped to the brim with contagious joy and crazy celebration. Brandon & Madelyn got married in a gorgeous ceremony at a friend’s family’s home, surrounded by family and friends. From the bridesmaid hype team to the full dance floor at the end of the night, it was all one big party!
Back in June, we headed out to the wildwoods of Oregon for their engagement session. I’ve known Madelyn for a couple years, but haven’t had the chance to hang out much. It was so fun getting to frolic around in the woods and get to know both her and Brandon better! Just another reason why I include a complimentary engagement session with all my wedding packages. It allows us to get to know each other, so I’m not just some stranger shoving a camera in your face on your wedding day!
We were able to fit Brandon & Madelyn’s engagement session in between them serving with YWAM. And in just a few short weeks, they’re heading back out to serve once again! Only this time as Mr and Mrs! It seems only right that the place where they met and fell in love is where they spend the majority of their time these days.
During the wedding speeches, we got to hear more about how these two fell in love. Madelyn’s Maid of Honor (another Madi!) recalled hearing about this cute boy Madelyn had noticed. And Brandon’s brother (who was his Best Man) said he started noticing Brandon paying more attention to “something” off screen when FaceTiming/Skyping! These two fell hard and they fell fast, and they make the most perfect couple together.

Madelyn’s family spent months growing some of the flowers used in the wedding, and that labor of love was very evident. I loved the way that all the colors came together in a burst of jubilation! I honestly could photograph this wedding ten times over.
Brandon & Madelyn, I’m so gosh darn thankful for you two! I know God is going to use you two and your marriage in big ways, and I can’t wait to see what those ways are! Always keep Him at the center of your relationship, and always keep that wonderful joy in your hearts. Love you guys both so much!
