Mr & Mrs Schuster // Wedding at The Empress Estate
Gavin & Brandi’s wedding at The Empress Estate was a day to remember! Brandi was a vision in her wedding gown, and Gavin was as dapper a groom as I’ve ever seen. Their friends & families surrounded them with so much love and joy, from the emotional moments to the party after the sun had gone down.
I’ve had the privilege of photographing Gavin & Brandi four times now…once for a couples session while they were dating, then for their engagement session, and of course for their wedding. The fourth time was while they were on their honeymoon on Maui, as their time there overlapped with my husband’s & my 4th wedding anniversary trip to the island! It’s been such an honor to tell so much of their story through photographs. I truly cannot wait to tell it for many years to come!
There is so much more I could say about this beautiful wedding at The Empress Estate. From the groomsmen who didn’t bat an eye when I asked them to move benches so I could take portraits in a specific location, to the heartfelt ceremony written completely by Gavin & Brandi, to the end of the night when everyone belted out Taylor Swift’s “Love Story” while Gavin & Brandi danced together, it was truly a red-letter day.
Gavin & Brandi, thank you so much for trusting me for so many years to tell your love story. You two are so special to me, and I just feel so honored to be part of your lives in this way. Congratulations once again…I cannot wait to see what you accomplish as a married couple!
