Reece & Monica // Wedding at The Farm & Orchard
Reece & Monica’s wedding at The Farm & Orchard was one of the most stunning weddings I’ve ever photographed. From the beautiful light all around the venue, to the personal touches (including the arbor that the couple got married underneath, made by the groom himself), to the heartfelt & emotional vows, to all the amazing people who came out to celebrate, this was the kind of wedding that dreams are made of!
Ever since Reece & Monica’s engagement session, I’ve been dreaming of their wedding at The Farm & Orchard. These two are a force to be reckoned with: kind, down-to-earth, thoughtful, strong, and loyal. They’ve been through so much together but have come out on the other side a united team.
Reece & Monica first met in 3rd grade but lost touch in 8th grade when they went to different high schools. But when Reece transferred to Monica’s high school their senior year, they started dating almost immediately. From then on, Monica knew that Reece was the one and only for her! Fast forward to December 2022 when Reece & Monica took a trip to Leavenworth. It was their first morning there, and while waiting for a table at a little breakfast place, they meandered down along Icicle River. There, next to the half-frozen river, Reece asked Monica to be his wife. (Spoiler alert: she said “Yes!”)
To the new Mr & Mrs: Congratulations once again! Your wedding was incredible, and it was such an honor to be your photographer. I cannot wait to see what you accomplish as a married couple, because I know that together, you can do anything you set your minds to. Best of everything to you both!
