Three Strands Farm Wedding
The best two words to describe Tallen + Madison’s wedding at Three Strands Farm last Saturday, is PURE MAGIC.
When I asked Madison what her theme for the wedding was, she said that if she had to choose, it would be fairytale in the woods. And I can confirm, without a doubt, their wedding day absolutely fulfilled that vision.
Three Strands Farm, out in the wildwoods of Lebanon, Oregon, provided the perfect backdrop for this magical day.
If anyone is looking for a wedding venue, I can’t recommend Three Strands Farm enough! Tom & Kristi (plus their Golden Retrievers!) are some of the sweetest folks, and it was a huge honor to get to photograph their venue.
And speaking of sweet, let’s talk about Tal + Mads for a second. These two people have two of the most genuine + kind souls I have ever met. Everything about them is real + authentic, plus, they make a drop-dead-gorgeous couple together. Getting to hang out with them over the weekend (view their day-after adventure session here!) was so incredibly fun, because not only are they just hilarious/super joyful people, but they’re also the type of people who you just feel instantly comfortable around, even if you only met them in-person a few hours ago!
From the most precious first look, to the stunning bride + groom and bridal party portraits, to the middle-of-the-forest ceremony (where the guests put away their own electronics and just enjoyed the moment! praise be!), to the heartfelt speeches, to the most beautiful first dances (including the Beauty & the Beast-esque daddy/daughter dance which they really didn’t practice for), to the literally-straight-out-of-a-fairytale husband + wife sunset portraits, to more partying + general merrymaking, to the best send-off I’ve ever seen, this wedding will go down in history as the most magical, the most genuine, and the most joy-filled wedding ever.
Tal + Mads, wow you guys. Saying that I’m thankful for you two is such a gross understatement, but here ya go…I’m thankful for you. Thankful for your genuine hearts, thankful for your friendship, and so dang thankful that you hired me as your wedding photographer, because getting to know you two has been the biggest honor ever.
