Thomas & Sarah // Moody Oregon Engagement Session
Oregon really pulled out all the moody stops for this engagement session last weekend! We started out with just some normal Oregon moodiness, but it quickly progressed to misting rain. By the end of the session, we were pretty wet!!
But the cold and the rain couldn’t stop Thomas & Sarah from being straight up CUTIES. These two met in chemistry class the first day of freshman year at OSU, which I think was just a foreshadowing of where life would lead them! They started dating about two months later, and as they say, the rest is history. I can’t wait for their wedding at Skamania Lodge this coming summer. It’s going to be AMAZING!
I loved watching Thomas & Sarah interact during their session. They’re such joyful humans, but whenever they looked at each other, love & joy just radiated from their faces. My heart is always so happy when I see that kind of love & joy in the faces of the couples I get to serve!
The day before their engagement session, Sarah emailed me and asked if they could bring a bottle of champagne to pop open. My answer? “HECK YES!!!” I always down for champagne pops or other fun ideas! This was actually the first champagne pop that I had photographed, but it went off without a hitch. (I did a lot of research leading up to the session, so if anybody needs advice on how to photograph a champagne pop, hit me up!)
