This couple’s session at The Gray Lab in Corvallis, Oregon yesterday was beyond fun! This was actually my first experience with a full couple’s session indoors, and I LOVED IT. Not only did we not have to worry about the weather, but the props provided by The Gray Lab are amazing! Speaking of amazing, can we just talk about that floral installation by My Belle Blossoms for a moment?! The Gray Lab is featuring this installation through Valentine’s Day, and it is perfect in every single way. If you get the chance to take photos at The Gray Lab in the next week, DO IT.

Emily and I met back in college. She was actually a big part in helping me pursue my love of photography! We would run around campus between classes with our DSLRs and photograph everything from each other to the clock tower. I am so grateful for the opportunity to still be learning and growing now years later!

Two summers ago, right before my husband and I got married, I met up with Eli & Emily at the beach for their 4 year anniversary photos.

It was soo windy and the sand was blowing everywhere, so we had to change our plans a little bit. But honestly? Those changes turned into us creating some of my favorite images ever. Do yourself a favor and click here so you can see the magic I’m talking about!

I can’t close this post out without talking about Eli & Emily’s Golden Retriever, Abby. If you know me, you know I LOVE Goldens (my own sweet Golden is turning 10 this year!!) and Abby is just absolutely precious! She was so excited to be a part of the photos! She kept running back and forth between Eli & Emily and myself. I took a fun behind the scenes video, but somehow deleted it and now it’s gone. Booooo!
