You + Me // Timberhill Natural Area

“Falling for him wasn’t like falling at all.
It was like walking into a house and suddenly knowing you’re home.”
r.i.d.

This is me…this is us. Okay, it’s weird to write a blog post about yourself! But I couldn’t help but share these photos my amazing friend Heather took on Valentine’s Day, right before Nathan and I headed out for a super fancy dinner.

Fun fact: on the way to our first location, I slipped and fell in the mud. The side of my blue dress was soaking wet and mostly covered in mud, which is why there’s only like one full length photo of my right side. It wouldn’t be a photo shoot without Rebekah being a klutz though, right?

And as for the handsome fella beside me…wow, did I get lucky!! He makes me laugh harder than I ever imagined I could laugh, makes me feel protected even when my independent nature says “I’m FINE”, encourages me to reach for the stars, loves and cares for people like Jesus does, and is pretty darn easy on the eyes. (Plus, he puts up with my hair eve.ry.where. Keep scrolling to see just one example.)

I love you forever and ever, Nathan. Happy (super late) Valentine’s Day.
